Who we share personal information with

Bows & Bridges works with organisations that may require personal information from our clients. The personal data may be used by Bows & Bridges in order to book exams, performance events, venues and outings and will not be shared or sold to any other third party organisations.

Organisations included: Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM), Royston/Wardieburn Community Centre and Granton Hub.

 

Security

Information submitted to Bows & Bridges via electronic (website contact form, email and social media) and non-electronic communications (letters, invoices) is secure and will never be shared unless authorised. To ensure that no unauthorised access or disclosure of personal information we have implemented physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect.

Bows & Bridges will retain your personal information on file for as long as you remain a client to ensure continued services are delivered to you. In addition we may retain your personal information for a period of up to seven years after you cease to be a client in order to fulfil our statutory obligations.

Correcting your Personal Information – We endeavour to make sure your personal information is accurate, fully complete and up to date. You may ask us to update any personal information at any given time if it is insufficient.

Deleting your Personal Information – You have the right to ask us to delete personal information or ‘be forgotten’ in accordance with GDPR Act 2018.

 

Objecting to how we may use your information – You have the right to ask us to stop using your personal information at any given time for direct marketing purposes and organisations involved with Bows & Bridges.

Restricting how we use your information – You have the right to ask us to restrict how we use your personal information, for example, photographs and videos on website/social media for promotion and marketing purposes.

Withdrawing your consent using your information – Where we have used your personal information with your consent, you have the right to withdraw this at any given time. We will stop using your personal information for the purposes of which it was given.
