Bows & Bridges works with organisations that may require personal information from our clients. The personal data may be used by Bows & Bridges in order to book exams, performance events, venues and outings and will not be shared or sold to any other third party organisations.

Organisations included: Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM), Royston/Wardieburn Community Centre and Granton Hub.

Information submitted to Bows & Bridges via electronic (website contact form, email and social media) and non-electronic communications (letters, invoices) is secure and will never be shared unless authorised. To ensure that no unauthorised access or disclosure of personal information we have implemented physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect.

Bows & Bridges will retain your personal information on file for as long as you remain a client to ensure continued services are delivered to you. In addition we may retain your personal information for a period of up to seven years after you cease to be a client in order to fulfil our statutory obligations.
